Services

ProKEC provides commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning and related services, including hood, duct, fan, and pressure-wash work as scoped for each job. Service scope, scheduling, access requirements, and pricing are confirmed in writing (quote, work order, or service agreement) prior to work being performed.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are based on information available at the time of estimate. Additional charges may apply if site conditions differ materially from what was disclosed (for example, restricted access, unsafe conditions, excessive grease beyond the quoted scope, or after-hours requirements not previously agreed).

Scheduling

We offer flexible scheduling, including after-hours and weekends when arranged in advance. Appointment times are estimates and may be adjusted due to weather, safety conditions, emergency calls, or other operational factors. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material schedule changes.

Access and Site Conditions

Customers are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the work areas (including roof access where required), securing valuables, and informing ProKEC of known hazards. Work may be paused or rescheduled if conditions present an unreasonable safety risk.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on the invoice or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of service. Late or unpaid balances may result in collection activity and suspension of future scheduling.

Warranties

ProKEC performs work in a professional manner consistent with NFPA 96 practices applicable to the services provided. Except as expressly stated in writing, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProKEC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific service engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProKEC from claims arising out of your misuse of the website, inaccurate information you provide, or your failure to provide safe access or disclose known hazards, except to the extent caused by ProKEC’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
